Introducing the Agile Performance Holarchy
A Performance Model for Building Great Agile
The Agile Performance Holarchy® (APH) is a best-practices behavioral model designed to help Agile leaders and organizations successfully deploys, sustain, and evaluate large-scale agile.
The result of research with hundreds of agile organizations, the APH provides technology leaders the guidance to model, evaluate, and improve agile performance with a clearly defined set objectives and outcomes by performance level, and guiderails to support agility and self-organization at all levels.
Organizations can now benchmark Agile performance at three performance levels: Adopting, Transforming, and Mastering. and can be publicly recognized with a certification listed on AgileCxO’s APH Certified Organizations site.
The Agile Performance Holarchy is fully compatible with, and does not replace agile frameworks like Scrum, XP, LeSS, or SAFe, and strengthens them by aligning leadership practices with Agile best behaviors. The APH is also backwardly compatible with ISO 9001 and CMMI V2.0 Development.
Leaders will use the Objectives, Actions, and Outcomes within the APH for clear guidance when evaluating and improving agile performance, and to lead teams to a resilient and scalable agile future.
