Introducing the Agile Performance Holarchy
Finally. A performance Model for Agile organizations!
The Agile Performance Holarchy is a self-organizing behavioral model designed for Agile leaders needing to grow and maintain a high-performing enterprise Agile capability.
The result of collaborative research with hundreds of Agile teams, the Agile Performance Holarchy will finally give Agile leaders the ability to model, benchmark, and improve Agile performance using a clearly defined baseline of self-organizing behaviors.
Agile leaders can now benchmark organizational Agile performance against three performance levels: Adopting, Transforming, and Mastering. Performance levels are used for internal transformation as well as external benchmarking against best-practices and other similar organizations.

The challenge has always been how to model, benchmark, and improve agile teams without burdening team members with process debt while nurturing the empirical and iterative nature of agile frameworks like scrum, XP, Kanban, DAD, and SAFe.
The Agile Performance Holarchy does not replace those frameworks, but strengthens them by providing Agile leaders with organizational behavioral guidelines and a solid reference for Agile best practices.
Leaders can use the model for clear guidance to evaluate and improve Agile performance, and to lead teams to a resilient and scaleable Agile future.
When the pilot period ends, the Agile Performance Holarchy will be made available to the public. Please join our email list to receive updates on its release, as well as other information about Agile Leadership Certification, Transformation, Training, and Agile Assessments.
