AgileCxO offers training and certifications for professionals that deliver Agile assessments, training, and coaching, enabling you to deliver services and grow your business using the next-generation framework for agile leadership and organizational agility, the Agile Performance Holarchy® (APH) Model.

All AgileCxO training and certification courses include an exam that must be passed with a score of 80% to be awarded a certificate.

Available courses include:

Introduction to the Agile Performance Holarchy (publicly available)
- Attendees at the one day Introduction to the Agile Performance Holarchy course will learn about the leading framework for building, deploying, sustaining, and evaluating large scale agile. This course includes the APH Certified Coach exam.

APH Assessor Training (Assessor candidates only)
- APH Assessor Training is a one-day class for professionals seeking to grow their skills by learning to conduct assessments of large agile organizations that are seeking to earn recognition with an AgileCxO performance level. This course includes the APH Certified Assessor exam.
APH Instructor Training (Instructor candidates only)
- APH Instructor Training is a one-day class for teaching professionals seeking to deliver the Introduction to the Agile Performance Holarchy course to their clients or in a public setting. This course includes the APH Certified Instructor exam.
